IMPORTANT DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION
Our website is operational and deliveries for orders will be going ahead as normal.
In order to ensure that we're despatching orders safely, and in line with all Government guidelines, it is currently taking us a little longer than usual to get your order to you.
Our current delivery expectation is up to 14 working days. Our warehouse teams and couriers are working hard to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Please do allow the full 14 working days before requesting an order update. If we have a note of your email address from your order, as soon as we have despatched your order, we will send you an email to let you know that it's on its way and will include a tracking link so that you can track your order delivery.
Our delivery partners have made contactless deliveries available. When placing your order, we ask that you simply advise us of an appropriate safe location for them to leave your parcel during our checkout process.
Currently our office and customer service team are now working from home to respond to all email enquiries. Unfortunately, we are not able to answer telephone queries at this time, though you can leave a voicemail message on 01246 260500 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . This may, at times, mean that our response times are a little slower than usual, but we would ask that you bear with us during this period whilst we are getting used to these changes.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience, but please rest assured that all customer enquiries will be dealt with.
Charges are determined by destination, item weight, packaging and value of order. In some cases, you will have a choice of two delivery options.
Any UK order with a value over £30 will have free shipping (UK Mainland with a valid postcode only).
We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK, there must be a valid postcode.
You may place and order for products from outside the UK, but this order must be in £ and for delivery to an address in the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number via email.
If you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. All cancellations must be in writing.
We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. Please read our Terms and Conditions clause 8 for full details - The returns address is:
